Job Description Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Environmental Technician | General Labor positions. Details for Environmental Technician | General Labor position: • Monday-Friday (1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm) • Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire • Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service • Weekly Pay Job duties for Environmental Technician | General Labor: • Operate and maintain equipment • Identity and document improperly packaged wastes and place in designated containers or in accordance with applicable SOP • Ensure all unknown wastes are placed in a designated area or taken to Chemistry • Establish and ensure that all waste is processed in closed/labeled containers • Maintain clean workspace and put away equipment in designated locations by the end of the day • Report daily production to lead • Attend training and events in field as required • Follow all policies and safety procedures in place (Wear PPE as required: safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe shoes) • Use of utility knives, hammers, pallet jacks, air lift tables, and paint • Completes any other related tasks as needed Qualifications for Environmental Technician | General Labor: • Degree in Environmental Science or equivalent preferred • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs • Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and environments • Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach If you have the experience and skills we're looking for, apply to Luttrell Staffing today!
