Key Responsibilities Assist the Executive Director/Administrator in executing branch growth strategies and initiatives. Increase community awareness and engagement through targeted outreach and relationship-building. Represent the company in meetings with healthcare partners, community organizations, and referral sources. Promote services with a focus on Hospice to hospitals, nursing homes, and related healthcare facilities. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
