Position Highlights: Department: Sonography Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000, paid in full on your first paycheck! Schedule: Full-time, Friday through Sunday Pay Rate: Starting at $35.81/hour with daily pay options available Weekend Shift Differential: An additional $8.50/hr for weekend work Location: SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - St. Louis. Role Overview: As a Sonographer, you will perform diagnostic procedures using ultrasound waves to examine tissues and body structures, ensuring high-quality images for medical interpretation. You will hold two or more relevant registries, such as OB/GYN along with another specialty. Main Responsibilities: Conduct routine and complex ultrasound studies. Set up and adjust ultrasound equipment, ensuring its functionality. Implement safety standards and quality control procedures. Recognize and report significant structures, artifacts, and pathology. Maintain an organized and clean working environment. Qualifications: Completion of a Sonography program. Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with OB/GYN and one additional specialty is mandatory.
