Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our passionate team of imaging specialists committed to high-quality patient care. Responsibilities You'll Own Execute an array of ultrasound exams including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging. Ensure a comforting and secure environment for patients during their procedures by explaining every step with transparency and care. Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring clinicians to produce top-notch diagnostic images. Manage and maintain imaging equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctioning devices. Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information within our electronic medical system. Stay updated on advancements in ultrasound techniques and imaging best practices. Education & Certification Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a similar field. Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program preferred. Required Certifications Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred. Essential Skills Robust technical knowledge in sonographic imaging techniques and patient positioning. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
