Job DescriptionDescription: The Graphic Designer is responsible for the ideation, development, and execution of integrated creative campaigns and projects. Working from creative briefs, this role develops original concepts and visual solutions designed to capture audience attention across multiple channels, including print, digital, social, out-of-home, environmental, and video. This position requires both strong conceptual thinking and hands-on execution - from developing big ideas through final production - ensuring creative work is strategically aligned, visually compelling, and delivered with excellence. Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant creative work and campaign execution. Responsibilities: Develop original campaign concepts and creative solutions from brief to final execution. Translate complex challenges into clear, compelling visual messaging. Design and execute creative across multiple media platforms, including print, environmental, digital, and social channels. Ensure brand consistency while contributing fresh ideas that evolve and strengthen visual identity. Lead creative projects through all phases of production, including asset development and, when applicable, photography direction and content creation. Produce recurring communications and campaign assets within established timelines. Present creative concepts and campaign work clearly and persuasively to stakeholders. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. Incorporate feedback effectively and refine creative solutions accordingly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred. Minimum of one year of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or corporate environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign development and multi-channel execution (portfolio required for consideration). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and current design software. Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
