Division Farm Manager

Job Description A large family-owned and well-respected farming company is looking to hire a Division Farm Manager to oversee operations from Red Bluff to Butte City as they work with more than 500 growers in the region. The company offers a competitive salary, a benefits package, company vehicle, bonuses and more. The region will be covered by two Farm Managers and split between them. The ideal candidate will have a background in Farm Management and is ready to step into a Division Managerial role. Key responsibilities include Managing and overseeing supervisors and employees Hiring and training Working multiple grower sites Communicating efficiently with growers and company owners Key requirements for consideration A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a Farm Managerial role Ability to keep up to date with the technical requirements Maintain the company’s integrity A background in walnuts and/or almonds is a plus Must reside in the region and have a valid driver’s license Please submit a current resume for consideration.
