We are looking for an experienced and energetic Estimator who can help us achieve a new level in business growth while providing excellent Customer Service! We are a busy collision repair facility with incredible opportunity for continued and sustained growth. If you are an experienced Estimator who is looking for an incredible Company with whom to work, then we need to talk!! Responsibilities: Greet each Customer in the process of getting their Vehicle repaired Make every effort to satisfy the Customer's needs in regards to their collision repair Make every effort to make a Customer feel comfortable and welcome during the estimate process or whenever visiting the Collision Center Prepare all damage reports in an accurate and efficient manner Obtain all signatures and work authorizations Negotiate an agreed price on every job prior to processing the job Review all final bills and supplemental billings prior to delivery of the vehicle Review the completed vehicle to check quality and thoroughness Maintain consistent and clear communication with the Customer and Insurance Companies involved in the repair Experience and Skills Qualifications: Minimum 2 year of automotive collision experience preferred.Dealership collision repair experience preferred.
