Pay range: $22 to $32 per hour based on experience Performance incentives with earning potential of $55,000 to $80,000+ annually Full-time schedule, typically 40 to 50 hours per week, including seasonal overtime and on-call rotation Company matched 401(k) Health and dental insurance Take home company vehicle Tool allowance provided Why You'll Love It Here Work with a professional, team-oriented group that respects your skills and time Clear advancement path into higher-level HVAC service and diagnostic roles Promote from within culture that rewards performance and reliability Consistent residential service demand across Plano, Frisco, McKinney, and Allen Diverse daily service calls that keep your work interesting and challenging Your New Role Perform seasonal multi-point HVAC maintenance inspections on residential air conditioners, gas furnaces, and heat pumps in Plano, Texas and surrounding North Dallas communities Complete preventative maintenance including coil cleaning, condensate drain clearing, and air filter replacement Check refrigerant levels, test electrical components such as capacitors, contactors, and motors, and inspect for gas leaks or carbon monoxide concerns Calibrate thermostats and verify airflow to improve system performance and energy efficiency Communicate system condition clearly to homeowners and provide honest repair or upgrade recommendations Offer and explain residential HVAC maintenance agreements Document service calls using digital field service software such as ServiceTitan or Jobber, including photos and detailed notes Typically run 4 to 6 residential service calls per day Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience. Registered ACR Technician with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation EPA Section 608 Universal Certification At least 1 year of residential HVAC experience preferred Knowledge of HVAC systems, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting Ability to work in attic spaces, high temperatures, and confined areas as needed Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Sirius Plumbing & Air Conditioning is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
