Maintain meticulous documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress in accordance with regulatory standards. Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Education Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution. Certifications Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist CPR certification is strongly preferred Additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., neurological, pediatric) are welcomed but not required. Skills Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist is highly regarded. Ability to provide treatment to patients with complex conditions and mobility challenges.
