Brake Press Operator - 2nd Shift - Direct Hire!! Location: West Cleveland, OH Pay: $20 to $30 per hour + Shift Differential + $3K SIGNING BONUS! Hours: 2nd Shift, 4 pm-2 am + Overtime Our West Cleveland client is seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator for 2nd Shift. The Brake Press Operator will enjoy strong pay, excellent benefits, regular overtime and be part of an employee-owned company where teamwork and pride are important. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake machines, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring precise specifications. Responsibilities: Set up and operate press brake machines, aligning dies, and calculating bend allowances. Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper alignment. Perform routine machine maintenance. Collaborate with the team to optimize production. Adhere to all safety guidelines. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience operating a press brake, rolls, or other fabrication equipment. Proficiency in reading blueprints and strong mathematical skills. Ability to set up and operate machines independently. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience with Cincinnati or Steelwell press brakes is a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25-50 lbs, and perform bending, stooping, and reaching. Steel-toe boots and safety glasses required (reimbursed).
