Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Paying Up to $100K + We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to service various equipment, including shredding machines, and perform ground and facilities maintenance. The role involves 80% mechanical and 20% electrical work on industrial equipment. Responsibilities Service and maintain shredding machines and various equipment. Conduct mechanical troubleshooting of pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, bearings, lifts, gates, shafts, and other equipment. Perform electrical troubleshooting ranging from 110v to 480v. Execute MIG and Stick welding on mild steel, including fabrication and strong welding. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Essential Skills Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. Proficiency in welding and fabrication. Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v. Valid driver's license. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Toledo, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $54080.00/yr. - Weekly Bonus (based on production) from 0 to 50% of their weekly production- Yearly Profit sharing (this based on the candidates overall pay from the year before. For the past six years profit sharing bonus was at 25% of their overall year end salary)- Weekly pay- Bluecross Blueshield for benefits- Takes 30 days for benefits to kick in- Tuition reimbursement- Vacation after 6 months. Will get 5 days- OT after 40hrs- 401K with company match.
