Templating & Field Work Travel to job sites (residential and commercial) to collect all required measurements Use digital and physical tools to measure countertops, vertical surfaces, and more Document cabinet conditions, appliances, access constraints, and site-specific notes Take clear photos and record all necessary info for fabrication accuracy Communicate professionally and consultatively with customers and on-site personnel CAD & Production Documentation Convert field data into fabrication-ready CAD drawings using EasyStone Ensure all drawings reflect accurate fit, overhangs, cutouts, seams, and cabinet alignment Upload, print, and submit finalized production drawings and SpeedLabels Maintain extremely high standards of detail and accuracy to support the fabrication team Communication & Coordination Act as a key liaison between sales and production Own your work and communicate clearly through our internal processes Identify and resolve any issues early to avoid downstream delays What You Bring: Experience with templating and CAD drawing in stone or countertop fabrication (Required) Proficiency with LT-2D3D Laser Templator and Prodim Proliner, EasyStone, StoneApp, Moraware, and SpeedLabel, or similar equipment and software (Required) Strong math and spatial reasoning skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to communicate professionally with both internal teams and clients Computer literacy and technical aptitude Valid driver's license and clean driving record Physical & Travel Requirements: Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly Frequent kneeling, standing, climbing, and bending Willingness to travel locally and work overtime as needed Background check required Your Next Move: Are you ready to join a team that values precision, craftsmanship, and ownership?
