What You'll Do: As a Home Health Aide (HHA)/ Personal Care Aid (PCA), you will assist clients with daily living activities, providing both medical and non-medical support. Responsibilities include: Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding) Performing light housekeeping and grocery shopping Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition Monitoring vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, temperature) Administering medications and assisting with basic health needs Scheduling medical appointments and providing transportation Offering companionship and engaging in activities Keeping accurate records of patient care and health status What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or GED HHA Certification CPR/FA (First Aid) Certification 1+ years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors Valid NY state driver's license Why Join High Standard Home Care?
