Job Description Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a reputable law firm seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Assistant to join their team. This role provides full administrative and litigation support to two attorneys in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare, revise, and format legal documents, correspondence, and spreadsheets Manage state and federal court filings, including e-filing Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and case schedules Coordinate document organization, discovery support, and case management tasks Prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining strong accuracy and attention to detail Interact professionally with attorneys, staff, and external parties Requirements 5-7 years of litigation experience, primarily on the defense side Recent experience supporting insurance defense litigation Strong knowledge of court rules, filing procedures, and calendaring Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail Ability to work onsite full-time in South Orange County Professional, positive demeanor with flexibility to adapt to attorneys' needs Top Qualities We're Looking For 5-7 years of defense-side litigation experience Ability to work onsite in Lake Forest Positive, adaptable personality All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
