Adjunct Instructor - Capstone Research Chair

The School of Education is searching for committed and qualified adjunct faculty to serve as Capstone Chairs for students in the Organizational Leadership doctoral program. Chairs will be assigned to students enrolled online and are expected to work with the students throughout the 24 month program. Chairs work remotely throughout the year. Capstone Chairs will work with a designated faculty team while guiding doctoral students through the capstone process from problem identification to final defense. Minimum Qualifications Terminal degree in organizational leadership or related field Preferred Qualifications Experience with supervision of doctoral level research Doctoral level teaching experience Special Instructions to Applicants Doctoral level transcripts are required to complete the application.
