Verify patient eligibility in accordance with Medicare standards. Expediting patient referrals to specialty offices. Completing referral requests as needed. Ensuring complete and accurate patient registration. Providing clinical information to specialists. Coordinating with review organizations and insurance companies. Reviewing referral details with patients. Answer phone calls. Utilize Athena EMR system Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Lynwood, California. Schedule Monday-Friday, flexible to work between 7:15am-5:30pm.
