The Position: The Operations Supervisor at Accion Performance will act as a liaison between the client, Operation Manager, Team leads and the staff who work at client and/or Acción location. The primary responsibility of the Senior Supervisor is to relieve the client supervisors of their labor-related and administrative duties pertaining to the staff, ensuring a smooth relationship and a performance-driven workforce. Additionally, the Operations Supervisor is to be the driving force behind achieving the stated performance, quality and safety standards and other stated objectives. The Duties: Embraces and promotes Morales Group core values. Supervise, direct, and coordinate all activities related to a performance-based shift to maximize productivity while maintaining quality according to all site-specific standards. Help implement training programs for staff. Prepare and maintain training course materials as needed. As needed, support the facility's maintenance process. As needed help, provide quotes for piece rate jobs and price grids for repeatable tasks Make prompt supervisory decisions on personnel and employee relation issues and engage with Manager and Human Resources when appropriate. Ensure all production and inventory data are gathered and reported accurately. Monitor attendance, productivity, and quality of work performed as needed. Always maintain a safe work environment and report all workplace injuries in compliance with company policy. Complete and submit all reports, forms and requests timely and accurately, including daily production reports, inventory reports, and attendance updates. Ensure adequate and visible on-floor presence. Fulfills job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set in the organization's "Code of Business Conduct." Tracks errors and other KPIs Oversee all aspects of inventory management Prepares and presents reports as requested Manages the 5S program for the team's zone Ensures all Teammates are following safety protocols and proactively addresses realized or potential safety concerns Ensuring that all certification requirements are followed, tracked, and trained Plans for next day's success and tracks the progress of work in progress Write and updates work instructions as needed Consistently looks for opportunities to improve processes and quality Works alongside the Teammates providing coverage when and where needed Travel to other Accion Services locations or customers' sites may occasionally be required Other duties and projects assigned Manages the schedule for inbounds and outbounds for customers and vendors Ensures productivity requirements for each customer Identifies and resolves problems through root cause and corrective action (RCCA) analysis; escalates issues to the Manager as appropriate The Qualities: Bilingual in Spanish is helpful but not required. Strong communication skills with great active listening skills. Ability to provide in the moment coaching and effective 1:1s. Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail oriented. Lives our core values daily of being humble, being courageous and being a light. High School and Higher Education preferred Three+ years of relevant supervisor experience required. Ability to operate various forklifts and similar equipment and train equipment operators Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly proficient in the English language Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures Thorough understanding of basic OSHA and operational safety standards Motivated, energetic, and growth-oriented Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Reader, WMS/IMS, Box, and other relevant applications Accion Performance Benefits: Health insurance - Medical, vision, dental and life insurance plans available.
