Job Overview Bella Plumbing is hiring a Field Supervisor - Plumbing to lead day-to-day field execution and coach our plumbers to deliver consistent, high-quality residential work. This role is for a hands-on leader who can keep jobs moving, solve problems in real time, uphold standards, and set the tone for professionalism in the field. You'll coordinate with dispatch/operations, support technicians on complex calls, and ensure customers and builders receive a top-tier experience. Learn more: What You'll DoUphold Bella Plumbing's core values: Dedicated, Be Positive, Loyal, Helpful, Strikes for Perfection Lead and support field teams across residential service and small project work (repairs, replacements, installs) Serve as the escalation point for complex diagnostics, tough repairs, and customer concerns Coach technicians on troubleshooting, quality workmanship, safety, and customer communication Conduct jobsite checks to ensure code compliance, clean work, and consistent standards Coordinate with operations/dispatch on scheduling, materials, change needs, and priorities Help improve efficiency: reduce callbacks, increase first-time fix rate, and keep jobs moving Maintain accurate job documentation and ensure technicians are documenting work consistently Support onboarding/training of new technicians and apprentices (ride-alongs, skills checks) Model professional behavior with homeowners, builders, and teammates What We're Looking For Must-haves 7+ years residential plumbing experience (service strongly preferred; leadership experience required) Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold quality standards across a team Strong troubleshooting/diagnostic skills (water heaters, fixtures, valves, leaks, drains-etc.) Confident communicating with homeowners/builders and de-escalating issues professionally Solid understanding of applicable plumbing codes and best practices Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle safely (driving record check may be required where permitted) Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs, and work in Florida heat, with or without reasonable accommodation Nice-to-haves Experience managing KPIs (callbacks, first-time fix, revenue per ticket, efficiency) Backflow / gas / specialty certifications (or willingness to obtain) Experience training apprentices or running ride-alongs Bilingual (English/Spanish) Tools & EquipmentCompany vehicle provided for work use Company-provided systems/tools for documentation and communication (details shared during interviews) BenefitsWeekly pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Company vehicle for work use Uniforms provided Dental & Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance options Paid training & certifications Apprenticeship & mentorship programs Employee rewards & company events ScheduleMonday-Friday, full-time Typical shifts: 8-10 hours depending on call volume and project demands (Add on-call/OT rotation details here if applicable) Equal Employment Opportunity Bella Plumbing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
