DescriptionPosition: Apartment Community Groundskeeper - Bilingual in English & SpanishWe seek to hire a full-time Groundskeeper based in North Dallas, TX, to join our Creekside at Pear Ridge and Gates de Provence Apartment teams. Your role is to ensure the communities are well-maintained and attractive for residents and guests. Creekside at Pear Ridge Apartments (260 units) 4750 Pear Ridge Drive Dallas, Texas 75287 de Provence Apartments (200 units) 3613 Frankford Road Dallas, Texas 75287 Compensation: $16 - $18 per hour (based on experience), plus monthly performance bonuses What You Will Do: Daily inspections of the community for cleanliness Pick up and remove trash from the office and community areas. Perform cleaning functions while operating various equipment. Pressure wash Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Climb ladders and stairs. Properly store materials. Report damages or community issues promptly Regular attendance and punctuality Provide excellent customer service to guests. Complete other assigned tasks Be flexible in assisting and working at nearby sister properties. Monday - Tuesday at Creekside at Pear Ridge Wednesday - Friday at Gates de Provence What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years of groundskeeping experience, plus the following credentials/skills: Valid driver's license (required) Strong work ethic Able to work independently. Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Attention to detail, organization skills, and demonstrated strengths in managing priorities. Understand basic instructions and complete tasks promptly. Able to juggle multiple projects while producing high-quality work and projecting a positive attitude.
