Infrastructure Integration Specialist (N/S) - Senior

1. Specific examples of technology experience - 30% Parameters: TCP/IP, VTAM, NNM, NDM, AT-TLS between clients/servers/M.F., VPSPRINT, Deliver and TN3270. Daily operational changes, Incident/problem management. Provide on call/standby support when required. Closure of tickets in a timely manner, Keeping clients/management up to date on ticket status. Strong conceptual and practical understanding of Mainframe Networking. Building new infrastructure with automation as per design criteria. Provide intake and incident resolution. Integration of services such as identity, logging and monitoring. Provide reports as required. Provide skills and knowledge transfer. Provide solution status on various project being worked on. Demonstration of leading projects and initiatives end to end (technical and non-technical. 2. Demonstrated knowledge/skills in Communications and Customer Service - 10% Parameters: Demonstrated experience of working with customers/key stakeholders and using communication skills to resolve operational issues, negotiate or document process related intelligence. 3. Demonstrated knowledge/skills in Analysis and Problem-Solving - 10% Parameters: Ability to work on Mainframe hardware refresh Project Initiatives along with all KTLO and modernization activities. Daily usage of all local Mainframe Network Tools to provide proactive support (TCP/IP, NNM, NDM, VTAM, Netview). 4.
