Certified Diabetes Educator (CDCES) - $5k Sign On Bonus Healthcare Support is actively seeking a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDCES) to join one of Florida's top nonprofit health systems in their Pediatric Endocrinology team at Fort Myers, FL. Shift Options: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm Compensation Notes: $31.00 - $43.00/hr $5K Sign on bonus! Daily Responsibilities for Certified Diabetes Educator (CDCES): Provide diabetes self-management education to pediatric patients and their families. Develop personalized care plans, set health and satisfaction goals, and track patient progress. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other specialists across the continuum of care. Deliver education one-on-one, in group settings, and via telehealth (as needed). Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for both patients and staff. Support outpatient and occasionally assist at other clinics (as needed).
