Assembly Production Worker

This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work with both hand and power tools, process job sheets, and assemble quality products in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Location: Delano, MN Hours: 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday 2nd shift: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday - Thursday Wage: 1st shift: $19 - $21/hour, depending on experience 2nd shift: $22 - $24/hour, depending on experience Benefits of the assembly production worker: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life insurance Short- and long-term disability Accident and critical illness coverage Responsibilitiesof the assembly production worker: Assemble and fabricate final products for construction applications Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Use various saws and related equipment Process job sheets and document work Read and interpret blueprints (training provided if needed) Requirementsof the assembly production worker: Experience using hand and/or power tools Welding experience is a plus, but not required (willingness to learn for the right candidate) Ability to stand for the duration of the shift Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
