PRN Physical Therapist Specialist

The Therapy Department is excited to announce an opportunity for a Physical Therapist PT to join our team in a PRN or part-time role. In this position, you will provide exceptional, personalized care to residents in our skilled nursing facility, addressing their unique needs. By motivating patients during their treatment sessions, you will enable them to reach their optimal functional abilities while fostering a healthier lifestyle through improved strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. You will also establish and implement comprehensive treatment plans, along with educating patients, families, and caregivers about diagnoses, treatment progress, and long-term outcomes.
