School Based MHOP Therapist

Seeking Full-Time School-Based Mental Health Outpatient Therapist to work in collaboration with local school system to provide outpatient therapy in a school-based setting. This position provides needs assessment, consultation, and school-based therapeutic interventions to youth attending local public schools, as well as their parents/caregivers. Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or eligibility to register for supervision toward licensure.in the state of Virginia is required. Valid Driver's License with safe driving record, direct clinical experience, and two years' experience working with children / adolescents diagnosed with Serious Emotional Disturbance preferred. Salary is commensurate with education and experience as it related to this potion. Must be willing to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes, and drug screening as part of the application process.
