Customer Support & Inside Sales Specialist Eastlake, OH | Full-Time | On-Site | $65,000/year Are you an experienced customer service professional with a knack for sales and order management? Join a precision manufacturing team in Eastlake and play a key role in supporting our customers while helping our operations run smoothly. This is an on-site, full-time position Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Role Overview: As a Customer Support & Inside Sales Specialist, you'll act as a bridge between our customers and internal teams, managing orders, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery. You'll work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to keep our operations aligned with customer expectations.
