Overview The Workplace Engagement and Legal Personnel Coordinator supports the firm's efforts to foster an inclusive, engaged, and collaborative workplace. Reporting to the Director of Workplace Engagement and the Director of Legal Personnel, this role works closely with both teams to advance the firm's workplace engagement and inclusion initiatives, while also supporting a variety of Legal Personnel projects. Key Responsibilities Support the firm's affinity groups, including coordination of events, programs, and related initiatives. Assist with the development and implementation of programs and events that promote attorney and employee engagement. Support initiatives designed to attract, retain, and advance an inclusive workforce, with a particular focus on law school and lateral associate recruiting and mentoring. Coordinate efforts to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of workplace engagement and inclusion initiatives, including assisting with RFP responses, client requests, benchmarking surveys, and the collection and presentation of related statistical data. Assist with internal community-building programs for attorneys and staff, such as heritage month celebrations, speaker series, lunch-and-learns, book clubs, and similar initiatives. Prepare Workplace Engagement Committee agendas and reports; draft, circulate, and maintain meeting summaries and minutes. Update and maintain the firm's Workplace Engagement intranet and Microsoft Teams pages, including the firm-wide calendar of events; draft content for internal communications; and maintain related materials. Coordinate the firm's memberships in and sponsorships of third-party organizations, working closely with Marketing on advertisements and events, and assisting with participation in external programs. Support administration of the Lewis M. Rose Scholarship, including managing applications and maintaining scholarship materials on the firm's website and social media platforms. Assist with onboarding, program planning, and day-to-day supervision of Human Resources interns. Collaborate with the HR team to support workplace engagement and inclusion initiatives across all firm offices. Provide support to the Legal Personnel team on various projects and assignments, as needed. Perform additional duties as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bachelor's degree required; three to five years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with web-based applications and databases strongly preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands. High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive, service-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
