Our focus is on improving health equity and enhancing patient care through technology. We are seeking a passionate Integrated Technologies Consultant II to join our Business Continuity team. You will play a crucial role in delivering Oracle Health's business continuity solutions, primarily focusing on the 724Access Downtime Viewer and the 724Access Ambulatory Viewer solutions, while also engaging with other solutions in our suite. In this position, you will leverage your expertise in Linux system administration, database technologies, and clinical downtime workflows to guide clients throughout the engagement process, ensuring smooth implementation, upgrades, and maintenance of our solutions. Your strong interpersonal skills will be vital as you navigate client relationships and complex interactions. You will consult clients on technical architecture decisions, providing solution oversight and expertise to stakeholders. This includes developing deployment strategies and recommendations, fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance our solutions, and undertaking complex technical troubleshooting as necessary. About You Experience with Linux or other Unix-based Operating Systems Proficient in Windows administration and deploying enterprise systems in a Windows environment Familiarity with database systems—preferably Oracle and/or MySQL Technical troubleshooting skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Experience leading large meetings and discussions Knowledge of clinical workflows or a desire to learn Willingness to travel up to 25-50% as necessary U.S. citizenship is required due to client contract obligations Responsibilities As an Integrated Technologies Consultant II, you will work independently to tackle moderately complex customer engagements, applying your judgment within defined policies and processes. Compensation and Benefits The hiring range for this position is between $25.48 and $60.63 per hour, translating to an annual salary of $53,000 to $126,100. You may also be eligible for bonus and equity opportunities.
