Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Newark, NJ. This role requires a Unqork specialist who can translate business requirements into performant technical designs. Rate Range: $37/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Developer job responsibilities include: Design, build, and configure Unqork modules to deliver highquality insurance solutions across multiple applications and lines of business. Translate business requirements into performant, scalable technical designs, ensuring system integrity and optimal user experience. Develop UI components and workflows using Unqork with complementary AngularJS/CSS customizations where needed. Integrate and validate services/APIs using Postman; perform SQL queries/modeling to support data access, quality, and reporting needs. Execute unit testing and maintain documentation (design specs, test cases, deployment notes) from definition through implementation; provide delivery support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across environments; support automation/CI practices on Azure and contribute to continuous improvement of standards and processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred). 10+ years in application development, including frontend solution delivery. Proven handson expertise with Unqork for designing, building, testing, and documenting frontend insurance solutions. Strong practical experience with SQL and Postman for API integration/validation, plus working knowledge of AngularJS, CSS, and Azure for customization and delivery support.
