Chinese Speaker Family Nurse Practitioner

Outpatient clinic in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative primary care team serving a diverse patient population.Position Overview This full-time outpatient role focuses on providing comprehensive primary care and chronic disease management in a collaborative clinic setting under the supervision of the Medical Director. The Nurse Practitioner will conduct patient evaluations, perform physical exams, manage acute and chronic conditions, and provide preventative health services including annual physicals and women's health screenings. The role involves coordinating care with physicians and other healthcare professionals, making referrals as appropriate, and educating patients on treatment plans and self-care strategies. Qualifications Current unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner license (Family or Adult NP) DEA registration without restrictions BLS certification Ability to manage a range of acute and chronic conditions Familiarity with preventative health guidelines EMR proficiency National NP certification (AANP, ANCC, or equivalent) Cantonese or Mandarin language skills Experience in family practice or outpatient primary care Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $155.000 - $180,000 annually (based on experience, training, and internal equity) Full benefits package Malpractice coverage PTO and retirement options Stable outpatient practice environment Why Palo Alto?
