Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - School Based - AZ Job Description: Ro Health is seeking dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a collaborative and student-centered school team in Arizona for the 2025-2026 school year (and beyond). BCBA Responsibilities May Include: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment data Collaborate with special education teams, classroom staff, and related service providers to implement positive behavior supports Train, coach, and support school staff (e.g., teachers, paraprofessionals, RBTs) in implementing behavior strategies and data collection procedures Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of behavior-related goals and services Analyze behavioral data to guide ongoing intervention planning and monitor student progress Provide supervision and clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring compliance with BACB standards and quality of service Requirements: Active BCBA certification in the BACB Experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings Strong skills in behavior assessment, data analysis, and intervention planning Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families Excellent communication and organizational skills What You Will Gain: Leadership & Influence - Take on a key leadership role in shaping clinical direction.
