This roleis responsible forbasic auditing tasksincluding:developing auditobjectives,documentingand evaluating critical controls, implementing audit tests, and communicating with / reporting audit findings to business line management. ResponsibilitiesAudit Execution Effectively perform and document audit activitiesin accordance withprofessional standards and the organization's auditmethodology Execute testing and create work paper documentation Understand procedures,resultsand business impacts; and document and express such understanding in both written and verbal form Perform detail testing as defined by the test program to define, analyze andvalidateinformation Create clear andaccuratedocumentation and workflows of business processes and testing results and exceptions Lead individual project components and testing areas; oversee the work of more junior auditors and/or interns Audit Reporting/Communication Interacts with various levels of Internal Audit and business line management to resolve issuesin a timely mannerand tomaintaineffective communications Reports related audit findings toaudit andbusiness management Audit Team Support Meets administrative reporting requirements and supports department initiatives Demonstrates a commitment to integrity and the company code of conduct, and a respect for diversity and inclusion Contribute to overall Internal Audit Department team norms to promote a positive environment and improve team effectiveness Required Qualifications 1+ years prior experience in a relevant accounting or auditing role Ability to travel up to 10% Preferred Qualifications 2+ years prior experience in a relevant accounting or auditing role Practical knowledge of processes, risks, and internal controls Professional designations such as CPA, CIA, CISA, etc., or measured progress in achieving such designations Strong analytical, deductive, problem solving, and critical thinking skills Good teamwork and collaboration skills Solid meeting management and oral/written communication skills Regular and reliable attendance Education Bachelor's degree ina relevant fieldsuch as Accounting, Information Technology, Finance, etc. Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
