Your Day-to-Day Oversee and design multi-use, residential, commercial, and institutional site development projects from concept through approval Lead the municipal approval process, coordinating submissions and maintaining timelines Develop complete site design packages, including: Stormwater management systems Grading plans Erosion & sediment control plans Utility layouts Regulatory research Prepare concept plans, subdivision plans, engineering reports, and stormwater documentation Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, sub-consultants, and internal teams Balance multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability What We're Looking For NJ Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required or ability to obtain (E.I.T. required) 5-10+ years of hands-on civil/site design experience Strong background in New Jersey land development, including: Stormwater management Grading and erosion & sediment control Utility design Permitting with NJDEP and municipal agencies Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or equivalent stormwater design software Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects while working both independently and collaboratively Ready to Apply?
