Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive Organizational Change Management (OCM) across a multi-year finance transformation program for a top-tier US Bank. This role will lead enterprise communications, stakeholder alignment, and adoption efforts across major platform changes including SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, and OFSAA. Responsibilities & Qualifications Build and execute the program-level OCM strategy and integrated communications roadmap Own enterprise messaging including leadership communications, stakeholder updates, and transformation narratives Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies across Finance, Operations, Technology, and partner teams Partner with PMs and workstream leads to embed readiness and change activities into delivery plans Develop and manage OCM deliverables including impact assessments, communication plans, stakeholder maps, and adoption metrics Coordinate closely with Training Lead and Systems Integrator to align messaging and readiness cadence Establish feedback mechanisms (surveys, forums, FAQs) and track adoption metrics to guide interventions Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 8-12+ years of experience in OCM, change leadership, communications, or transformation roles Proven experience supporting large-scale ERP or finance transformation programs Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in banking or consulting environments strongly preferred Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, OFSAA, or similar finance platforms preferred Experience with OCM methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent) preferred
