About our Clinic Proliance Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine is looking for a provider to fill the role of Occupational Medicine and Electromyography Provider. This position serves in a full-time capacity providing comprehensive occupational medicine services and specialized electromyography (EMG) testing. This dual-specialty role combines workplace health management with diagnostic neuromuscular evaluation, serving both occupational health clients and patients requiring electrodiagnostic studies. Proliance Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is a well-established group of twenty-two board certified and fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeons, advanced practice practitioners, physical & occupational therapists, athletic trainers, with onsite MRI and ambulatory surgery center. Our group has four practice site locations in Seattle, Issaquah, Bellevue, and Redmond.
