Position Expectations: Completion of assigned tasks per work instructions. Achieve 100% quality build parts. Achieve productivity goals on each operation daily. Maintain a safe working environment. Effectively communication all production issues to Shift Lead. Achieve 100% QOS metric goals. Position Requirements: Completion of assigned task as directed by the leadership. Completion of task per the provided work instructions or per provided deviation. Work to the stated rate listed on the job. Record all documentation requirements accurately and honestly. Record all Plex transactions accurately and honestly. Report all production issues to leadership. Only work on tasks for which you have been certified (Signed off on a training log). Adhere to all safety procedures. Maintain a clean work environment. Employees are expected to adhere to the attendance policy, be able to work as a team, and exhibit a positive attitude in support of all QOS goals. Employees are expected to provide effective and positive communication regarding production related issues to all team members, across all shifts. Support, promote, and perform in a manner consistent with continuous improvement goals and the values of DSB Technologies, LLC. which includes following the policies, procedures, and requirements of our Quality Management and IS0 14001 Environmental Management Systems All other duties as assigned by leadership.
