Information Security Engineer Contract up to 24 Months Hybrid onsite either Charlotte NC, Raleigh NC, or Chandler AZ $53-$57 HR W2 (No corp to corp or 1099) Looking for RadiantOne Candidates Responsibilities Partner with internal customers to understand requirements, clarify use cases, and deliver tailored virtual directory solutions. Implement, configure, and enhance virtual directory services using RadiantOne FID and related platforms. Support and maintain systems including RadiantLogic VDS and Oracle Unified Directory. Participate in data center migration initiatives and assist in onboarding new customers and integrations. Respond to support channels such as email, ServiceNow incidents, phone calls, and instant messages. Troubleshoot issues through logs, meetings, and collaborative sessions with cross-functional teams. Monitor alerts, perform impact assessments, and take prompt corrective action. Review, update, and validate existing documentation; create new artifacts as needed. Perform ad hoc tasks aligned with operational and project needs. Required Skills Hands-on experience with RadiantOne FID or similar virtual directory technologies. Strong understanding of Virtual Directory Services, LDAP, directory structures, and identity data flows. Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and operational tasks. Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) concepts. Experience working with SQL databases, including views, joins, and lookups. Understanding of ETL concepts and data transformation fundamentals. Experience working in Agile environments. Excellent customer engagement, requirement-gathering, and communication skills. Professional Qualification Experience with additional virtual directory or IAM products (e.g., PING, PING Federate). Basic understanding of authorization models (PBAC/RBAC/ABAC). Familiarity with SIEM tools and how identity data is aggregated into centralized views.
