Team Shift Supervisor

This position is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, meaning you will be employed by an independent business owner who sets their own pay and benefits. If you are hired, this franchisee will be your only employer. As a Team Shift Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant Leader by ensuring that shifts run smoothly and that we maintain Taco Bell's high standards. You will take ownership of resolving issues and contribute positively to the team atmosphere. Your guidance will help team members succeed in their roles, while also ensuring our customers receive safe, quality food in a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Addressing customer complaints effectively, aiming to regain their trust and satisfaction. Delivering constructive feedback to enhance team performance. Maintaining open and honest communication with the Restaurant Leadership Team. Adhering to safety & security, cash management, inventory, and labor policies.
