We are hiring a Production Operator for a clean, bright, growing manufacturing company in Shell Lake, WI. Position: Production Operator (Manufacturing / Assembly / Order Fulfillment) This is a hands-on manufacturing production role in a structured factory environment. You will support: Rail, panel, and kit assembly Cutting, folding, and stapling boxes Order fulfillment and packaging Boxing and shipping Work cell organization and cleanliness Maintaining tools and equipment Moving carts and pallet jacks Following standard operating procedures This role combines: Manufacturing production Assembly production Machine support Warehouse support Order fulfillment General labor Experience in production, warehouse, machine operator, assembly production, shipping, packaging, fabrication, or light manufacturing is highly transferable. Pay and Schedule $19.00-$21.00 per hour based on experience Monday through Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm 1st Shift only Direct Hire opportunity Stable, long-term position Day shift manufacturing roles in the Shell Lake area are limited. This position offers consistency and growth. Tools and Equipment Used You may operate or handle: Rivet guns Presses Sanders Clamps and fixtures Blades and rotary cutters Pneumatic tools Pallet jacks and carts Ability to read a tape measure is required.
