Job Requirements Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Hospital Pharmacy Administration or PharmD Certifications Requirements: Nebraska Pharmacist License, Basic Life Support (BLS) Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1.5 years inpatient / acute care pharmacy experience in a hospital setting. Experience mixing chemo drugs HIGHLY preferred. Job Responsibilities Provide inpatient pharmacy services to ensure safe and effective medication use in the hospital setting. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and review patient medication therapy plans. Maintain accurate documentation of medication dispensing and drug administration activities.
