Your responsibilities as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will include: Promoting and selling our products to existing and potential customers within a designated area. Developing effective territory plans that prioritize and execute strategies to achieve outstanding business results through compliant methods. Utilizing your knowledge of pharmacology, healthcare, and pharmaceutical markets to meet and exceed customer needs while managing territory and customer development. Building and nurturing excellent relationships with physicians and healthcare providers. Actively participating in scheduled company sales meetings, district, and regional conference calls, as well as other business engagements. Upholding honesty and integrity while demonstrating behaviors that align with our company's standards and compliance policies. Performing additional related duties as required. Qualifications for the Pharmaceutical Sales Representative position include: Previous sales experience in a quota-driven role. Educational background or knowledge in pharmaceutical and healthcare products. A proven track record of sustained high performance in your current role along with a strong willingness to learn. A high sense of urgency, especially in customer service. Solid business acumen and the ability to identify market opportunities. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
