Salary: $17.00 - $22.78 Hourly Location : Monrovia Police Department, CA Job Type: Part-Time Regular Job Number: H26-28 Department: Police Opening Date: 02/05/2026 Closing Date: 3/15/2026 11:59 PM Pacific The Position RETIREMENT Hourly employees are enrolled in the Public Agency Retirement System (PARS) of the State of California. The City pays 3.75% and the employee pays 3.75% of contributions to equal 7.5%. The City does not participate in Social Security. VACATION LEAVE Hourly employees who work for 12 consecutive months in active status will be eligible to accrue 0.5 hours for every thirty (30) hours worked for a maximum of 24 hours. SICK LEAVE Hourly employees will accrue one (1) hour for every (30) hours worked for a maximum of 48 hours MEMBERSHIP TO THE YMCA As a part of the City's commitment to work-life balance, the City provides a fully-paid membership to each employee to the YMCA.
