Job Category Sales Compensation Overview The annual base salary range for this position is a nationwide market range and reflects a broad spectrum of salaries for this role across the country. Actual salary will depend on factors such as role complexity, location, and candidate qualifications including skills, education, and experience. Our comprehensive compensation and benefits program also includes eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards. Salary Range $57,900.00 - $95,600.00 Target Openings 1 What Is the Opportunity? The Enterprise Distribution Management (EDM) team is dedicated to driving profitable growth across all Travelers business units. As a Regional Distribution Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing regional strategies, managing distribution channels, and leveraging analytics and marketing to meet regional goals. Join our collaborative Regional EDM team to make a difference. What Will You Do? Prepare reports for CURE meetings, including agent/broker results and facilitating agent/broker meetings. Serve as the central point of coordination for agency support services alongside regional and local business teams, Agency Administration, and agents/brokers. Assist in compliance with Agency Administration Guidelines to gather documentation and process changes related to mergers and acquisitions, ensuring communication with business units and updating agreements with Agency Compensation. Facilitate effective communication regarding agent/broker initiatives, news, and insights across the region while maintaining distributor profiles and regional access/contact guides. Follow best practices to prepare and coordinate Distribution Leadership and Distribution Production meetings. Support regional teams in developing effective agency planning. Lead, participate in, or provide insight on various regional projects. Act as or support office resident managers as necessary. Coordinate and manage the regional calendar for EDM events such as product fairs, trade shows, and association/agency events, while overseeing the regional EDM marketing budget. Perform additional duties as assigned. What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have? Bachelor's degree with a focus on marketing, finance, or business. 3 or more years of experience in the insurance industry, particularly in agency or marketing roles. Experience in property and casualty insurance. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Demonstrated capability to engage effectively with a variety of customers. Proficient in the Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. A strong background in managing complex data. What is a Must Have? At least 1 year of relevant work experience within the Property & Casualty insurance sector. What Is in It for You?
