Job Summary DSI is growing! We are currently hiring a Security Site Supervisor in the Dundalk, MD area. The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at an assigned site, ensuring personnel perform their duties in accordance with DSI policies, client requirements, and post instructions. This role requires strong leadership, professionalism, and a hands-on approach to site management. Essential Job Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned security personnel Assign patrol areas and monitor officer performance Train, mentor, and support new and existing security staff Enforce compliance with security protocols, post instructions, and safety policies Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors Observe, correct, and report hazards, incidents, and security concerns Ensure adherence to DSI and client-specific requirements Participate in required training and follow DSI safety procedures and manuals Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 18 years of age 1-3 years of supervisory experience in the security field High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and means of communication Basic to intermediate computer skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions Must pass all required background checks and drug screenings Certification & Licensing Security licensing as required by state, county, or local regulations Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Required Screenings Criminal Background Check Motor Vehicle Drug Screen $20.50 per hour Lic# 106-5774 #PA DSI Security Services is a drug free employer complies with all applicable laws regarding affirmative action and equal opportunity in all its activities and programs and does not discriminate against anyone protected by law because of age, color, disability, national origin, race, religion, sex, handicap, or status as a veteran or disabled veteran.
