This is a high-impact, onsite role where you'll play a central part in shaping the firm's IT standards, risk posture, and long-term technology roadmap. You'll work closely with the IT Manager and Director of Operations to implement best practices in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, business continuity, and vendor management-ensuring the firm's systems are secure, scalable, and strategically aligned. What You'll Be Doing: Lead technology infrastructure planning, deployment, and governance across the firm Serve as the primary contact for cybersecurity and technology incident communication Collaborate with leadership on IT strategy, budgeting, and staffing decisions Partner with the IT Manager to develop and implement cloud and disaster recovery strategies Drive IT project management and execution-emphasizing automation, efficiency, and cost savings Evaluate emerging technologies and guide infrastructure vision and investment Develop and enforce architectural standards and IT governance practices Maintain up-to-date IT policies and lead annual risk assessments Oversee third-party vendors and service providers for reliability and performance Manage the firm's Business Continuity Plan (BCP), including execution and review Respond to IT-related due diligence and cybersecurity questionnaires Monitor and report on cybersecurity incidents and IT performance metrics Lead the internal AI Working Group and advise on responsible use and best practices Communicate IT initiatives across the firm, including during all-hands events Ensure best practice documentation aligns with ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT standards Mentor IT team members and educate employees on tech and cybersecurity best practices What We're Looking For: Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including 2+ years in management Proven track record leading infrastructure and IT governance initiatives Strong knowledge of: Network and systems administration Cybersecurity and data governance Cloud infrastructure and telecom systems Database and storage management Hands-on experience with cloud-based systems (must list specific platforms used) Experience with SharePoint Strong critical thinking, project management, and communication skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred: Master's degree or MBA Experience with data center operations Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like ISO, NIST, and COBIT
