Do you enjoy making sure that tasks are scheduled and completed on time? Are you detail-oriented? Are you an excellent planner and organizer? We’re hiring an Admin whose job is to coordinate the workflow for our Estate Planning department to provide administrative support to the team. Your role is key to ensuring schedules are set, tasks are completed on time, files are neatly organized and up-to-date, and ready for the clients' signatures. Ideal candidates process, order, timelines, and checklists. Enjoying adding "sing here" stickies to documents is a plus. You will be the primary point of contact for clients throughout their estate planning journey and will be with them right up until they complete their estate plan. Compensation- $35,000 - $38,000 yearly, plus benefits Responsibilities: • Onboard new estate planning clients • Communicate with clinet throughout their estate planning journey • Manage scheduling and oversee the execution of all steps of the process • Check documents for spelling or formatting errors • Prepare final documents for signing • Scan original documents to the firm's server • Prepare documents for delivery to the client • Organize and maintain client information and ensure file integrity • Keep attorneys and paralegals on schedule • Routinely review, evaluate, and improve firm processes • Occasional travel to Watertown or Auburn, New York • Occassional overtime attending the firm's educational workshops • The job is full-time, in the office Qualifications: • Impeccable time management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills • Ability to work independently, with confidence • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multitask workload • Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines • Comfortable handling confidential information • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Comfortable with computer-based databases • Enjoys meeting and communicating with clients Compensation: $35,000 - $38,000 yearly• Onboard new estate planning clients • Communicate with clinet throughout their estate planning journey • Manage scheduling and oversee the execution of all steps of the process • Check documents for spelling or formatting errors • Prepare final documents for signing • Scan original documents to the firm's server • Prepare documents for delivery to the client • Organize and maintain client information and ensure file integrity • Keep attorneys and paralegals on schedule • Routinely review, evaluate, and improve firm processes • Occasional travel to Watertown or Auburn, New York • Occassional overtime attending the firm's educational workshops • The job is full-time, in the office Compensation: $35,000-$38,000 per year
