Join our innovative team as a Managing Principal for our Travel & Hospitality Practice. We are looking for a passionate leader who will play a vital role in driving transformation initiatives across the Travel, Hospitality, and Leisure sectors. You will utilize your extensive expertise and client-focused approach to make a significant impact with industry-leading organizations. Key Responsibilities: Establish and nurture strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders in Travel, Hospitality, and Leisure, focusing on delivering measurable value and identifying new opportunities for growth. Lead business development efforts, overseeing proposal creation, executive presentations, and the development of transformation roadmaps that align with guest experience and operational priorities. Deliver expert guidance on transformation initiatives, collaborating across teams to implement comprehensive programs that enhance digital guest experience, operations, and revenue management. Manage consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery in complex projects while maintaining oversight of requirements and execution. Utilize EPAM methodologies to devise and implement tailored strategic and technology solutions that cater to the specific needs of Travel & Hospitality. Analyze industry trends and client challenges to contribute to innovative go-to-market strategies and reusable assets. Develop thought leadership materials to bolster EPAM’s standing in the Travel & Hospitality sector, including white papers, presentations, and other client-facing resources. Build and lead dynamic consulting teams with a focus on industry expertise, ensuring consistent delivery excellence across global projects. Mentor and support the development of team members, enhancing their industry knowledge and consulting skills. Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in management consulting or relevant industry roles, specifically within Travel, Hospitality, or Leisure. 10+ years of experience engaging with senior clients, providing advice on transformation initiatives. Deep understanding of Travel & Hospitality functions, including guest experience, loyalty programs, operations, and revenue management. Proven ability to develop actionable technology and process solutions that address industry challenges. Experience leading large consulting teams with experience in both onshore and offshore delivery. Strong project leadership skills, including estimation, requirements gathering, and governance for complex initiatives. Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts effectively to executive audiences. Practical experience in process mapping, business case development, and thorough solution evaluations. Successful track record in business development and expanding accounts specifically in Travel & Hospitality. Experience in fast-paced consulting environments with a strong focus on exceptional client service. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
