Click here to see an apartment at River Club Apartments!Key Functions of the Role:• Reading and following a digital make-ready board and performing quality punch work to produce apartments that meet the standards of our company and our residents.• Being a great team member by exhibiting will and skill.• Practicing self-accountability to do great work and accepting praise and feedback from a Supervisor.• Recognizing the need for training and participating in on-the-job training as well as supporting online training initiatives.• Performing service requests, preventable service calls, reducing emergency calls, and identifying and communicating potential for large expenditures.• Ability to be on-call for emergencies in rotation with other team members and come in outside of scheduled business hours for snow and ice removal activities.Key Characteristics of a Great Candidate:• Humble and Hungry – Understands they aren't expected to “know it all” and has a teachable spirit.• Communicative – Understands that consistent meetings with the Property Manager and their team are important. Responsiveness is also critical.• Reliability and Predictability – Team members need to count on one another, and those who report to you need to predict how you'll react to issues or concerns—with grace and professionalism.• Organization – We'll provide the tools you need to stay organized and keep everyone on the same page.
