Job Overview As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of commerce through autonomous AI agents. Your work will redefine purchase discovery, decision-making, and transaction processes, paving the way for innovative payment experiences. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and practical execution to realize scalable, trusted solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for agentic purchase orchestration. Create MVPs and pilots for agent-driven checkout and payment methods, scaling them across various channels. Conduct discovery sessions to identify impactful use cases, refining business strategies to meet objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements for payments, merchant onboarding, and servicing. Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans and timely deliverables. Promote and evangelize the product internally and externally, collaborating with marketing to enhance product visibility. Basic Qualifications: Proven experience in product management. Preferred Skills/Experience: Strong understanding of product dependencies and designing solutions that leverage business metrics for optimal performance. Ability to recognize and anticipate evolving market priorities and customer needs, delivering consistent value. Expertise in customer-centric strategies to enhance user experience with our products and services. Technical knowledge relevant to software product design, including API architecture and integration frameworks. Familiarity with Agile methodology and risk management practices. 5+ years of product management experience, with exposure to AI/ML-driven or commerce contexts. Technical Skills: Proficient understanding of API architecture and payment gateway technologies. Knowledge of PCI compliance and security standards. Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks or microservices architectures. Deep insight into agentic interaction protocols. Leadership and Communication: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders in a matrixed organization. Skills in advocate management and representing technical solutions effectively in client discussions. Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities. Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ISV ecosystems and integration best practices. Experience in commerce, payments, marketplaces, and e-commerce domains, including UX and fraud risk.
