We are looking for a talented Lead Project Manager to join our esteemed Data Center Project Management team. In this critical role, you will oversee large, multidisciplinary design projects through all phases of design and construction. Your responsibility will be to ensure that projects adhere to approved designs, specifications, and contracts while resolving issues that arise during construction. You will play a key role in driving projects to successful completion on time and within budget, which will require regular travel to project sites. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between the design team, clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication. Design Adherence: Ensure that project execution aligns with design intent, specifications, and quality standards. Technical Coordination: Manage the flow of technical documents (RFIs, submittals, design deliverables) for completeness and constructability. Project Delivery & Risk Management: Oversee project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing risks. Issue Resolution: Lead the resolution of technical and site-specific issues, coordinating responses between design and construction teams. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections and quality reviews to verify progress and compliance with project specifications. Meeting Leadership: Facilitate and document project coordination meetings to drive alignment and decision-making. Change Management: Oversee the process for scope modifications, including reviewing and negotiating Change Orders. Project Closeout: Manage the closeout process, ensuring proper documentation and deliverables are maintained. Qualities We Seek: Passion for collaboration and community impact. Ownership and accountability in your work. Your Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry with increasing responsibility. 2+ years in project management or construction management, possibly concurrent with project experience. Strong communication, organizational, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of engineering/design terms, contracts, and financial management. Demonstrated ability to meet client expectations through effective project management. Exceptional decision-making, leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
