Your Role: As a technology leader, you will embrace innovative enterprise architectures that drive business transformation. You will be proactive, results-oriented, and have rich experience in shaping and managing strategic enterprise architecture projects. You stay informed about emerging technology trends and are regarded as a thought leader in the field. Your analytical skills enable you to dissect issues and formulate actionable recommendations. In your role as a Senior Manager, you will encourage a variety of perspectives and elevate your team. In this position, you will: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, leading enterprise architecture efforts that drive business value and streamline IT. Utilize your expertise in technology strategy to create tailored client-specific technology solutions. Apply your industry knowledge to ensure client solutions are contextualized within the current market and trends. Facilitate discussions with senior client stakeholders, promoting collaboration across all facets of enterprise architecture. Define leading capabilities, processes, roles, and skills for enterprise architecture. Oversee the design and/or implementation of enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps. Establish governance practices for enterprise architecture within complex technology environments. Assess the impact of business strategies on architecture landscapes, including organizational, informational, and technological aspects. Communicate the phases of a client’s architecture transformation journey clearly and effectively. Lead major technology transformations that enhance business value through evolving enterprise architectures. As a Senior Manager, you will also: Define transformative enterprise architectures, guiding team deliverables while providing mentorship. Contribute to the development of thought leadership and innovative insights on enterprise architecture. Cultivate strong relationships with multiple senior clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Engage in business development under Managing Director direction. Collaborate with senior executives in both established and emerging partners' ecosystems. Commit to personal development while mentoring peers and junior team members. Be prepared to travel as needed, potentially up to 80% of the time. Requirements: At least 6 years of experience in defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures across key areas, including Business Architecture and Data Governance. A minimum of 5 years in creating roadmaps and developing compelling business cases. At least 3 years of consulting experience in technology/architecture with a consulting firm. A minimum of 4 years leading teams and facilitating client workshops. A Bachelor's Degree is required. Preferred Skills: Experience in Business Architecture, Data Governance, and various architecture domains. Bonus Points: An MBA or equivalent degree. Expertise in technology’s impact on specific industries and enterprise architecture implications. Certifications in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience in the design and implementation of emerging technologies like AI. Compensation: Salary varies based on factors such as role and experience. For roles in specific locations, the anticipated salary range is between $122,700 and $317,200.
